The problem with knee, hip, ankle & lower back conditions

Living with pain is not easy. Neither is losing the ability to function normally. Conditions of the knees, hips, ankles and lower-back make simple activities such as walking, sitting and climbing stairs, painful and frustrating.

Without proper treatment, these conditions tend to get worse, affecting your posture and your ability to carry yourself in a healthy way. To compensate, your muscles begin to move in an uncoordinated fashion and your walking pattern changes, which can increase the pressure on the affected joints causing even more pain – a vicious cycle. Medications get involved. Surgery may already be on the cards. But there is a way out…

Living with pain is not easy. Neither is losing the ability to function normally. Conditions of the knees, hips, ankles and lower-back make simple activities such as walking, sitting and climbing stairs, painful and frustrating.

Without proper treatment, these conditions tend to just get worse, harming your posture and your ability to carry yourself in a healthy way. To compensate, your body becomes dysfunctional – your muscles begin to move in an uncoordinated fashion, your walking patterns become misaligned and the pressure on the affected joints increases, causing even more pain – a vicious cycle. How
AposHealth®
works

While you walk, the same force you exert on the ground acts back on our knees, lower-back, hips and ankles in a way that can create pressure on areas that are already experiencing pain – causing more pain.

Your brain reacts to the pain by sending commands to the muscles to contract around the affected areas – creating even more pressure & pain.

AposHealth® is designed to stop this vicious cycle.

Treatment plan and pricing guide

Specially adapted to each patient by an AposHealth® Certified Physiotherapist, AposHealth® is meant for patients who are steady on their feet and can follow the relatively-simple treatment instructions.

AposHealth® can be a suitable option for those who are steady on their feet and can keep to the treatment instructions.

AposHealth® is available through a network of selected private physiotherapy and multi-disciplinary clinics that are qualified to deliver AposHealth® treatments. Treatment is administered and monitored by specially trained AposHealth® Certified Physiotherapists (ACPTs).
The reason AposHealth® has worked for so many patients is that it is personalised to each one’s specific needs. The process begins with a full, in-depth clinical consultation of the patient’s problem joints, pain levels, and day-to-day restrictions. This evaluation forms the basis of a personalised one-hour-a-day treatment programme, which blends effortlessly into the patient’s daily life.
AposHealth® treatment includes a personally-adjusted, foot-worn biomechanical device that includes Pods – convex sole attachments under your fore-foot and heel. Your ACPT selects and positions the most suitable Pods to re-align your body, release pressure from your painful joints, and retrain your muscles through controlled micro-instability.
